Logistics Task Force
The Logistics Cooperation Task Force is dedicated to business development for companies in the logistics industry. The Task Force is of the greatest importance to the network, it is the main focal point for logistics companies.
The Task Force Meetings are held at intervals of 6-8 weeks. There are usually about 20 Managing Directors, Carrier Managers or Fleet Managers and Sales Staff of logistics companies.
Success is the trust factor - the code of honor for the working group members
The Logistics Task Force members agreed on a Code of honor for cooperation in the network. This includes several normative guidelines for the cooperation in business, such as a non-solicitation of customers and the confidentiality of internal information in the task force.
The task force members well know that only on the basis of mutual trust and goodwill a long-term cooperation is possible.
Who can do what? The "Partner's Guide for logistics" as a basis for communication and cooperation.
In order to cooperate in the logistics a "Partner's Guide" has been created in which the logistics companies describe their own services. This includes transportation, trans-shipment, storage and carrying services.
Therefore represents the "Partner's Guide for logistics" the basis of information for all dispatchers of logistics companies who can to use services from other network members.
Cooperation is based on communication - and this is based on information about potential cooperation partners
This task is fulfilled by the "Partner's Guide for logistics"
Mutual support and commissioning - the members get stronger together
A key concern of the Logistics Task Force is that each request (eg transport, storage) can be confirmed and accepted by other member companies.
Even if the individual company does not have the capacity or expertise to assign the contract at the moment, there is within the logistics network Leipzig-Halle usually at least one other logistic company that can perform the job.
This will leave the profit on member companies and makes the membership financially lucrative.
However: you can only get what you are ready to give! The unilateral or short-term personal gain will not be tolerated.
The membership of the working group aims at a long-term cooperation and not on short-term profit.
